In any negotiations, you should not show your hands and that you are in hurry and urgently have to decide. Poet has several other deals up, so no need to hurry. I am sure the "not named Tier1" is further in tests and negotiations than SANAN.

On the other side, Sanan should know that it is not wise waiting too long to get their hands on this game-changing tech.
