Not sure why this has not been picked appart on the forum, and I hesitate to post becaue I am usually off base, but here goes; the POET OI IP is being subject to a 'valuation'. Could we be about to see a Pellegrino type event?  What could it be worth? This would be material news and IMO would prompt a reset in the value of POET, and SP reset.

From the JV proposal;

• Valuation:
  — US$50M valuation is based on the cash contribution of SananIC and the value of the IP and know-how from POET

• — ThePOETIP is subject to a valuation by an independent third-party expert qualified in China
