As you say Baba, the Sanan deal is already baked into the price, but nevertheless the signing of the deal is a massive step for shareholder's which increases confidence and will raise eyebrows for those who are watching from the sidelines yet uncommitted.  That said my reading of the situation is that several orders for products will be part of the deal, a fact that would give impetus and direction to the POET offer .  We shall see!
