Dash8400: The word "final" to me sounds like "soon".

So this is hopefully the “final soon”! :-)

Seriously speaking, the company and us had to learn that LOI wasn’t able to lift the SP over the barrier. Now there is a chance that the completed agreement will. It this also won’t do that job, nothing ever will, at least not on near term. So this will indeed be the final extension.
