I fully expect the deal by the end of September.  Management could have said "coming weeks", "near term", "very soon", a host of qualifiers that would have been sufficient. To come out confidently and say end of this quarter, that puts a marker down, it was actually unnecessary to be THAT definitive, nobody needed such assurances.  It isn't the end of September, they knew how complicated, i's and t's blah blah blah, so it should be coming.  If we pass the date I'll be critical because it's a self inflicted wound, but we aren't there, still five more trading days.
