Is that why some of the participants of the financing shorted the stock down from .76 when the financing was announced to set the price at .36 a couple  weeks later?

Those people (a small relative number) used the stock and unloaded the stock and now they are playing it  again with risk free with covered shorts thanks to the .52 warrants.
