Ah yes - that joyous 2016 financing - cheap price and a free half warrant. 35 or 36 million shares issued means 17.7-18 million warrants to flip. Now, they don't expire for another year, but they are now in "free money" territory. The question is how many want to take the free nickel and how many will wait for a dime or quarter......
