Depends on how many shareholders believe a mere 2–3-fold share price would be sufficient. Of course I do hope for new buyers lifting the share price by a factor of 2–3, but I also do hope that the vast majority of shares won’t be sold a such levels. Not to mention that warrants with a low strike price might encourage certain warrant holders to play “games”.
