I very much agree with you on that.

As an LOI, the strategic plan with Sanan is not yet set in stone. However, should the LOI move to signed definitive agreements, the whole picture changes and significantly.

Should that happen, and it appears management are confident it will in Septmeber, POET will be JV'd with a powerhouse. As mentioned on the AGM call, the scale of Sanan is astonishing.

That will be a watershed moment.

My intuition tells me that there must be financial institutions taking note of this and doing their usual DD, and hopefully some have the finger on the buy trigger, just waiting for the definitive confirmation.

We will see soon enough.

And there is clearly a lot more going on behind the curtain.

Hopefully the declaration of more frequent updates is going to happen. POET definitely needs to shake and wake the investor market.

The Sanan deal coming through will be a massive start ....
