I know everyone is waiting on revenues, myself included. But, I felt the JV was a massive validation and I agree the company was probably disappointed this announcement alone didn't get the warrants in the money.  I try to stay grounded, but that press release was a watershed for PTK and I thought we'd be testing a buck on that news.  There is no doubt now, that the warrant extension was predicated on an internal belief the JV was the catalyst.
