Krom, I'm quite sure no one here is certain of the correct answer to that question. Even if we had complete facts, you never know what any company/country will claim and how that claim sticks. 

For my money, let us have something great to sell, even if it's only in Ceylon, lol, we are so tiny we will still be rewarded!!
