Silterra will make the OI wafers on equipment that is jointly owned by POET and Silterra for the Asian markets

While POET owned Denselight, POET had technicians and engineers employed, on site, at Silterra. I do not know if that is still the case, but personel attached with "POET Singapore" may still fill that role.

I would conclude that the move to Allentown is part of their strategy to meld with a North American foundry to produce the wafers for NA and Europe, although Almae could still be in the mix for Europe
