I think that you can not compare the 2 tenders. The Indian one was with thé Gaas technologie witch was not complete, there we're still issues tot be solved. It was all a mysterie but a cherlock from this board  did find a tender...No we have a tender with a tier 1, with a proven technologie, openly announced by TM...I can not and will not believe it's all a lie! That's missleading sharehoulders!
