Poet Technologies Inc. has signed a non-binding letter of intent for the sale of the capital stock of its Singapore-based DenseLight subsidiary.

It was not worthless it became the foundation for the move to a fablight business plan to focus on intellectual property. The value associated with the SAIC JV LOI is that POET has entered the arena of high volume production of a technology that will transform the way in which optical integration is achieved. It shows us that industry is recognizing the value of the POET OI platform breakthrough and this marks the beginning of commercial deployment with leading companies footing the bill.
