That is  not correct Rick. They can only apply the 20% that is  approved  at the time of  the meeting. Which is covered under policy 4.4. In other words we vote on a fixed number.

 If approved by the Shareholders, the Fixed Number issuable under the Plan will be increased from 57,611,630 to a number equal to 20% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company at the close of business on August 25, 2020.
