A deal between Cisco and Poet would not be viewed as earth shattering for Cisco. Of those that get excited about such a deal, about 9 in 10 will have shares in POET! Regulators looking at the Acacia - Cisco deal will hardly raise an eyebrow.

That being said, I would not bet against you on the matter of postponement of the AGM. I make that one about even money.
