I understand and respect your personal opinion on TM but to clarify one small point in your post. The AGM typically calls for a vote by the shareholders on the appointment of auditors and the election or re-election of members of the Board of Directors amongst other items of business. I don't think you'll have the opportunity to vote TM out of his position as an employee and officer of the company. That decision would be made by the BOD. I'll stand corrected if I have mislead the board but I think I'm correct in this case.
