Some people wondered why not wait until a NA partner is revealed to issue this report. I believe the idea is this report is the base and the company will start to release more good news with goal of increasing the share price . As the price rises it obviously makes the analyst look good and gain credibility. As further reports get issued momentum starts to build. 
They have a massive amount of shares to eat through. 

Bottom line POET needs to deliver the goods. We need some names of partners or end customers.
