54-40, I do not think this was a matter of not being able to come up with that lousy 2.5 million, but rather choosing to not come up with the lousy 2.5 million!

DL did not like the sound of the the negotiation going on with Sanan and dug in their heels. This result is a bit of win and a bit of loss for both sides.

What's most important is that the matter is finally put to rest and we move forward....
