I expect that any public news release would be subject to DL Shanghai's approval. So I would suggest that we relax a little and wait for an update. I am sure POET is eager to get details out as soon as they have approval and that I am sure includes the name of their leading North America Tier 1 customer.

Although my notice from the TSX Trust Company was not marked in any way confidential I am debating whether I should have shared that information with this forum.  It is good news and I would love to know the details around the supply agreements which when originally signed were redacted in the corporate filings. I expect that amendments will remain confidential so what can be said publicly will be a point of negotiation between POET and DL.

Remember that DL’s level of success is tied to the POET Optical Interposer and so I would think that the deal with Sanan created leverage to sweeten the DL supply agreements. It is the kind of stuff that can never play out in public.
