No, not different, they are shareholders in the company.

The notice came via TSX trust, not POET, as a requirement of the debenture agreement.

TSX trust had an contractual obligation to notify debenture holders, whereas the CFO felt no NR was necessary, as the date for payment was previously announced and the requirement was met.

What we don't know is if the exact amount of the payment, but we know it was less that the 5 million expected
