Snap, As part of the debenture agreement the holder has the option to: request repayment (a "Put"); convert to shares; or transfer to someone else.  The debenture agreement states that the "Put" can only happen once the final payment is received, and debenture holders are notified by TSX Trust when that occurs.  As a debenture holder, FJ reported to us that happened today.

That's why I'm expecting news on this tonight or tomorrow (assuming it's considered material)
