I think you've answered your own question.....apparently the Sanan news was not enough, and at market open today it seems the share price will now languish in the .60 (C$) range....until, the final tranche is delivered next week, which could bring a small appreciation, and then NRE, which should, easily, push us over the warrant top.

I agree the T1 is not likely to be ready to be announced yet, not sure what the delay is but it doesn't feel like they are ready for that announcement....certainly when that name becomes known things will change dramatically.
