Thanks, Oz, for that further info on the Sanan Group. They also refer to themselves as: SAIC.

There is a very interesting description of all the things Sanan does in a 10 March 2020 PR from the company entitled:

"Sanan IC Expands Foundry Manufacturing Services for the Global OPTICAL MARKET"

I added the capitalization and heavy font marking for emphasis, but the link is worth taking a few minutes for perusal... especially to the Techies, who I hope will provide explanatory comments about what they see there for those of us non-Tech types. Thanks ahead of time!
