I guess you could be correct, but if they do in fact have news to bring the $.75 warrants in the money before they expire, that news would be big enough to take care of any overhang as it would bring in a lot of buyers. 

Yes, that is an "if", but they seem pretty confident so I will go with the glass half full approach here.
