Dash I agree with "unproven". I admit up front I didn't have time to watch the DL presentation, but I spent some time going through Acacia's patent and it's references. The disturbing thing is, why are no POET patents referenced in the Acacia patent? It is a "continuation" patent which was originally filed in 2013, and then added to again in 2014, and now again in 2019. So it is a bit of a struggle to follow the changes over the years. More work to do..
