Funny you mentioned RZ as I was wondering what happened to him as well.  I was under the impression that he was purely sales and marketing and perhaps had some lofty sales incentives in his agreement.  He's just a 3.5 hour drive away from Allentown BTW.  

I would also assume that his departure would be considered "material" if that was the case.  


For what it's worth, he's active on Linkedin posting 3 weeks ago, and still using POET as his current primary role.
