I do. When POET extended those warrants from March 21 to July 23 I commented that I had never seen any company extend warrants by just 4 months. The question was asked of TM on the April 2 conference call:

Those warrants were issued connection with the public offering that we did in March 2018 and they had a two year life..  We recently extended those for a few months, four months.  And we would not have gone through that effort if we did not have a good reason for doing so. What are the chances that they will get exercised? We think the chances are quite good, actually. 

The day before that conference call POET was trading at .40.

I think the motivation for that short extension of the warrants was connected to an announcement of NRE for product design from the NA Tier 1 (Or equivalent market moving announcement)

Those warrants represent $9.4 million cash and increases their option pool by 2.5 million.
