Options granted today are part of the existing pool so there is no connection to the agm resolution for today's options.  Those are a done deal.

SV's 6 million plus options at 1.40 expired on june 10th which is why they granted new options on june 11th.

When options expire they open up the equivalent number in the pool amount previously approved
