I'm sure a halt was considered if the reason for the NR during trading hours was fear of a leak of the news.  I wonder if that was discussed with regulators. One can only imagine the soaring spirits and speculation here between the time of such a halt and the  NR! I would have been included in that group. That would have been the ultimate let down.
