I agree - seems a long time of prepping no matter COVID adn i would have thought COVID mostly behind China in the last couple fo months based on the daily statistics.  

That said, it seems sill to purchase 81% of DL and not come through with the balance.  I give the benefit of the doubt and don't see in what way this halts any progress on the OI which is the thing that really matters for us.  

BTW - there remain some outstanding $0.52 warrants from the November '16 financing.....
