Controlled? Yes, but who is "they". The way in which you have stated implies that it is the Company, otherwise who else is able to, or would make that decision? Can you please explain your thinking here, I must be missing something. Personally, I don't think the sellers are 'longs' so whatever selling exists may be satisfying their short term financial needs......one penny at a time.
