Lots of discussion about the $0.75 warrants. And rightly so. Extending them by a small window of 4 months is a very bullish message.

But do not forget there were the 34,800,000 warrants issued at $0.52 that are already in the money and could generate $18,096,000 cash for the company. These were issued on Nov 2nd 2016.

These $0.52 warrants, still have a long time to expiration, but it would be reasonable to expect some investors may want to convert these as well in the near term.

It would be great if a financial institution wants to take a good sized position in POET and would take the majority of these out!
