Dear Customers & Partners,

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the continued engagement and support. Demand is slowly coming back from China. We see orders from our customers in Europe & US, as well as product requests for new projects. This is heartening and truly motivating.

On April 6th, I informed you that we had developed and implemented a Business Continuity Plan (BCP).  We had reduced our onsite manpower as of March 19th and moved to a Team A/Team B concept for our non-operations staff. On Apr 7th, the Singapore Government introduced Circuit Breaker (CB) measures to curb infection rates. Last week, they enhanced these measures & extended it from ending on May 4th to now ending on June 1st. During this period, DenseLight, in compliance with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower’s directives, has further reduced onsite manpower but has ensured continued operations.

We are working to minimize the impact on you, our customers , and we seek your understanding during this difficult period. We would also urge you to let us know early, so that we can work to help you keep to your commitments.
