both on production as well as on new product development. We have implemented a Business Continuity

Plan (BCP) that allows us to segregate our workforce to ensure our team members’ well-being as well as

continue to focus on business operations. We are committed to providing timely updates to our people

to ensure everyone feels safe and morale is strong.

thru a diversified supply chain, and resilient. Each of you plays a vital role and we thank you for your

partnership and support during this uncertain time.

On Apr 3rd, the Singapore government announced an elevated set of distancing measures where only

essential business could remain open. The Semiconductor industry has been recognized as one, and

DenseLight will continue its operation. We expect no disruption in our supply chain. We’ve also

implemented further safety measures to protect our staff.
