Happy someone asked TM about the other bidder for DL that was not mentioned in the latest NR. Out of all the questions asked he did choose that one of the few to answer. Wouldve liked him to go into more detail other than they prefered the arrangement  they had with the Chinese Consortium - my paraphrase, and chose not to pursue the other offer.
