As soon as volume capacity manufacturing is in place in Suzhou, I am expecting to see the government-backed Chinese consortium making a preemptive bid for POET Technologies.  The Chinese will want to own POET, and bring the technology to China for themselves.

POET's technologies provides advantages, and with the aggressive plan of the Chinese already in progress, nothing will be missed in reaching that goal, and certainly not the obvious advantages that POET has made known. imo
