No Quan quite honestly it always works like a dream for me. I've clicked in to every POET conferences quite simply from here in deepest Wales and I'm rather prone to finger trouble with technology normally. I'm so sorry that that's not your experience. I do rather imagine that SV leaves all that to the overpaid Investor Relations wallahs though. Keep healthy.
