I agree that a number of situations could result in a significant upward move in the SP but I think it would all revolve around or be directly related to the Tier 1 and not much else other than announce an agreement with another Tier 1. 

As for the 10%, as an example, I would give that chance 0%. If our or any other entity want a piece of the Poet IP, they would make a run for 100% and nothing less.
