I do not think someone can buy 12 million shares, - not for 0,35.
The monthly TSX volume is much less...

Possibly - he would end up with an average price of: 0,75 CAD, or much higher ;-)

So I can see a logic in PPs idea. Especially if someone would plan a buyout!
