What was the slight (negative) comment about both intel and cisco transciever designs?

Customer will be spending months qualifying our product which pushed revenue til 2021. Beyond this customer has to be convinced we can produce in volume. He inferred that has not happened yet.

Hopefully lots of new designs with new customers for 2020 NRE.
