To clear the air. My understanding is that Tom made that statement because sometimes people run the share price up expecting a news release immediately ahead of a conference call and are then disappointed when no NR is released. An NR will only be issued on material information ahead of a preplanned conference call if it happens coincidentally within the reporting period…within 24hrs.
