Level 2, like with most things, it is neither meaningless nor dispositive.  Accuracy lies somewhere in between.  I do understand that in the last 20 years or so, that concept has been left for dead in many of our institutions.  To be fair, I don't know that such reasonableness ever existed on stock message boards! 

Great day today, very happy to see the significant increase in volume lately (and price, and sustainability thereof!).  

Makes me start to think that FJ's vision is coming true.... wait, did I type that??   I did say, "start" didn't I?  LOL
