Hogan, I think you have to look at that conundrum with the question, "under what set of facts would a move out of Si Valley to Allentown make sense?"  I have not seen any indication that our main man Suresh would make an important decision like this move, without weighing it carefully and deciding in a manner that made the most sense. 

I have full confidence that this move makes sense, even though at this point, the reasons therefor are not clear.  FJ's theory on the reason makes sense to me, but it's just a theory.

I was happy to see a bit of a rebound in our share price today!
