That L2 is not pretty, but I haven’t followed pre market L2’s much, so maybe it’s nothing unusual.  Hopefully not reflective of what early trading will look like.

MMs probably need to reload. Obviously they are trying to get shares sold into the bid. On the US side I have seen four MMs consistently tracking each other to the fraction of a penny on the Ask. Those are: VALX, OTCX, ETRF, and NITE.
