So, we still wait for the next payment before this "other buyer" angle truly disappears.  The lack of an update- within it the sense full steam ahead with our current arrangement- suggests it won't happen.  Here's the rub for myself.  Someone was interested, that in and of itself is very good news from our perspective.  We were involved in three way talks, ourselves, the current buyer and new suitor, again suggesting an attractive proposal.  I don't really care if the deal falls through, it might mean we didn't want to lose control, we aren't interested in a buyout, who really knows, but a negative spin seems a non starter, given someone approached us.

It's all gravy on the Denselight front.  What we know is another party is hovering around and sees something worth getting in on, the ultimate result, sort of irrelevant from our perspective imho.  It's all good!
