Absolutely Breeze! My opinion is this is all well calculated. I also believe this will be revealed at the OFC. My only reservation about the Tier 1 being known at that time was due to the protoypes being qualified. I thought it would take a few more months for that to take place. However it might not I do not know or the Tier 1 must feel confident enough in the OI to let the floodgates open!!!
