That’s a great question. On the one hand, if an acquisition were something that Poet desired in the reasonably near future, why bother to move?  On the other hand, if an acquisition announcement were near ready to be made, and more or less our entire senior/key management/tech staff was to be included within the acquiring party (which I’m sure we all agree would be the case), then this move could be one of the first steps.

My guess if it’s the latter hand, Suresh would have to be reasonably confident that whatever deal he’s working on was going to happen. 

Of course, it may also mean that our Tier 1 or other close ally(ies) want us in Allentown and we remain independent. 

But, in any event, it sure sounds like some form of combination is coming.
