correction: Suresh is still CEO and chairman. Vivek is president.

 

More importantly, I think Suresh recently assuming the role of Chairman, and Vivek that of CEO is the clearest message we can have that they intend to move this company into a leadership role in photonics and have no desire to sell until full potential can be realized or at least properly valued.
