I agree with some on the postings here that to be concerned is premature.

If the deal had collapsed or changed significantly, legally there would have been a NR.

China Prosper Group has commited $8M already and has confirmed the massive expansion of DL is moving forward.

So my rationale is this is transaction process related and that we will get an update within a week or so from the Dec 31st anticipated completion date; so by the end of next week give or take.

Until then, there is no change in my blood pressure.

And those who are trying to link the payments to technical milestones are wrong. There is absolutely no evidence of that whatsoever.
